3.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned if opened:

We ship worldwide except to certain restricted regions in Asia and remote locations. Options include:

  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products if:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
